Role Business Implementation Project Manager
Our Financial Services client has a open positiion in their Corporate Banking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the product implementation of new projects. You must ensure that the solution is delivered within agreed timescales, manage customer expectations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
1. Manage Customer implementations and identify new products/services which can be integrated into existing operations.
2. Ensure the correct processes are in place - including documentation.
3. Undertake post implemenation reviews
4. Work closely with other areas of the business including product management, sales managers, relationship managers.
Experience
1. At least 3 years project management expereince & Third level degree
2. Strong Communications skills - presentation, influencing, negotiating.
3. Excellent Understanding of product knowledge of all present/future payments & cash management products and services.
