Role Client Implementation Project Manager
The PM - Client Implementation is responsible for the delivery of Treasury / Cash Management.
They are responsible for end to end project execution, point of contact for our clients for the duration of the implementation life cycle. You will be expected to implement structured project management tools & techniques while managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinate implementation of cash management solutions of varying size and complexity
2. Use of structured project management methodologies throughout the implementation life cycle, ensuring effective project control and delivery to plan - PMI or PRINCE2
3. Manage client relationships.
4. Continuously drive process enhancements.
5. Effective maintenance & communication of MIS / project metrics.
Experience:
1. Proven track record in Project management
2. Client facing background with understanding of corporate treasury / cash management
3. Strong communication, organisational and planning skills
4. Negotiation, decision making & problem solving skills
5. Ability to manage complex integration solutions, working alongside Technical and Technology teams
